My Approach

My work is grounded in the belief that neurodivergent individuals do not need to be "fixed." Instead, they deserve environments, supports, and opportunities that allow them to thrive as their authentic selves.

I approach educational consultation through a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming lens that recognizes the importance of individual differences, dignity, autonomy, and belonging.
