By accessing or using this website, scheduling services, purchasing products, or otherwise engaging with Neurodivergent Consultant, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Purpose of Services
Neurodivergent Consultant, LLC provides educational, consultative, advocacy, training, and professional support services, including but not limited to:
• Identity & Transition Consulting
• Educational Psychology Services
• Neurodivergent Family Consultation
• K–12 Advocacy & Educational Consultation
• Psychoeducational Consultation
• Professional Development & Training
• Educational resources, workshops, presentations, and digital products
Services are educational and consultative in nature and are intended to provide information, support, guidance, and collaborative problem-solving.
No Therapy, Mental Health Treatment, or Legal Advice
Services provided by Neurodivergent Consultant, LLC do not constitute psychotherapy, counseling, mental health treatment, psychiatric services, crisis intervention, legal representation, or legal advice.
No therapist-client, psychologist-client, physician-patient, attorney-client, or healthcare-provider relationship is established through the use of this website or consultation services.
Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
If mental health treatment, crisis support, medical care, or legal counsel is needed, clients are encouraged to seek assistance from appropriately licensed professionals.
Scheduling & Payment
All services must be paid in full at the time of scheduling unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Fees are subject to change without notice; however, changes will not affect services already scheduled and paid for.
Payment is required before services are rendered.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged the full session fee.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Repeated cancellations, no-shows, or scheduling difficulties may result in discontinuation of services.
Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Professional Relationship
Consultation services are collaborative in nature.
Clients bring their experiences, goals, concerns, and expertise regarding their own lives and circumstances.
The Consultant provides professional expertise, structured consultation processes, educational guidance, advocacy support, and collaborative problem-solving.
Participation in services is voluntary, and clients remain free to accept, reject, or modify any recommendations discussed during consultations.
The Consultant's role is not to direct clients toward specific decisions, but to provide information, structured reflection, educational insight, and collaborative support that assists clients in making informed decisions aligned with their own goals and values.
Scope of Services
The Consultant reserves the right to decline, pause, refer, or terminate services when:
• Requests fall outside the Consultant's scope of competence
• Services are not an appropriate fit
• Ethical concerns arise
• Safety concerns arise
• Payment obligations are not met
• Professional boundaries are violated
• Client behavior becomes threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate

Acuity Scheduling
While reasonable efforts are made to respond promptly, immediate responses cannot be guaranteed.
Electronic communication should not be used for emergencies or crisis situations.
Virtual Services
Consultation services may be provided through virtual meeting platforms, telephone, email, or other electronic communication methods.
While reasonable efforts are made to utilize secure technologies, electronic communication involves inherent risks and complete confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate technology, internet access, and a private environment suitable for participation in virtual consultations.
Recording of Services
Audio, video, screen recording, transcription, or reproduction of consultations, presentations, trainings, workshops, or professional services is prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing by Neurodivergent Consultant, LLC.
Emergency & Crisis Situations
Neurodivergent Consultant, LLC does not provide emergency, crisis, or on-demand services.
If you are experiencing an emergency, contact 911, local emergency services, or proceed to the nearest emergency department.

Confidentiality
Information shared during consultation services will be treated with respect and discretion.
Reasonable efforts will be made to maintain confidentiality in accordance with applicable laws, ethical obligations, and business practices.
However, absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed when using electronic communication, virtual meeting platforms, email, or internet-based technologies.
Information may be disclosed when required by law, court order, or to protect against serious threats to safety.

Educational Content
Articles, blog posts, newsletters, downloadable resources, workshops, presentations, digital products, educational materials, and framework-related content are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
