Adult Wayfinding
Understanding Yourself in Times of Change
A Structured Process for Navigating Change
Many neurodivergent adults spend years adapting to expectations, environments, and roles that may not fully reflect who they are.
Whether you're navigating a new diagnosis, burnout, unmasking, a major life transition, questions of identity, or a growing sense that something no longer fits, periods of change can be both challenging and transformative.
Adult Wayfinding Consulting provides a structured, collaborative space to explore where you are, what is changing, and how to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-understanding.
DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?
You May Be Here Because...
✓ You recently received an autism or ADHD diagnosis.
✓ You are questioning long-standing assumptions about yourself.
✓ You are exploring what it means to unmask.
✓ You have experienced burnout and don't know what comes next.
✓ You are navigating a career, relationship, educational, or life transition.
✓ You feel disconnected from yourself or uncertain about your direction.
✓ You know something needs to change, but you aren't sure where to begin.
✓ You want greater clarity about who you are and what truly fits.
My Approach
I believe that understanding creates possibility.
The Wayfinding Framework™ is an Educational Psychology framework informed by liminality. It recognizes that periods of uncertainty, transition, identity exploration, burnout, diagnosis, and personal growth often place us at a threshold between what was and what is becoming.
This work is not about fixing who you are.
It is about developing greater self-understanding, identifying strengths and needs, recognizing patterns, making meaning from your experiences, and navigating change with greater clarity and confidence.
Many people arrive looking for answers. Often, what they need first is orientation.
Before meaningful direction can emerge, it helps to understand where you are, what has changed, what matters most, and what supports you need moving forward.
As a consultant, my role is not to tell you who to become.
My role is to provide a structured process, professional expertise, and collaborative support as you navigate periods of change, growth, and becoming.
My role is not to tell you which direction to go.
My role is to help you learn how to read your own compass.
