WHAT IS IDENTITY & TRANSITION CONSULTING?

A Structured Process for Navigating Change

Many neurodivergent adults spend years adapting to expectations, environments, and roles that may not fully reflect who they are.

A diagnosis, burnout, major life event, changing priorities, or a deeper understanding of yourself can create questions that deserve thoughtful exploration.

Identity & Transition Consulting is designed to help you better understand these experiences, identify what matters most, and navigate change in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.

My Approach

I believe that understanding creates possibility.

The Wayfinding Framework™ is an Educational Psychology framework informed by liminality. It recognizes that periods of uncertainty, transition, identity exploration, burnout, diagnosis, and personal growth often place us at a threshold between what was and what is becoming.

This work is not about fixing who you are.

It is about developing greater self-understanding, identifying strengths and needs, recognizing patterns, making meaning from your experiences, and navigating change with greater clarity and confidence.

Many people arrive looking for answers. Often, what they need first is orientation.

Before meaningful direction can emerge, it helps to understand where you are, what has changed, what matters most, and what supports you need moving forward.

As a consultant, my role is not to tell you who to become.

My role is to provide a structured process, professional expertise, and collaborative support as you navigate periods of change, growth, and becoming.

My role is not to tell you which direction to go.

My role is to help you learn how to read your own compass.
