About Me
I am a neurodivergent AuDHD professional and the parent of a neurodivergent AuDHD child with a PDA profile. This lived experience, combined with my professional training, allows me to bring both insight and empathy to my work. My approach is grounded in understanding how neurodivergent minds function in real life—not just in theory.
My mission is to create inclusive, empowering spaces that honor neurodivergent strengths, support emotional well-being, and help individuals thrive in learning, work, and daily life.
Areas of Focus & Expertise
Executive Functioning & Emotional Regulation
I support neurodivergent teens and adults in building practical skills for focus, follow-through, organization, and emotional balance. My work is individualized and strengths-based, helping clients develop strategies that feel realistic, sustainable, and aligned with how their brains work.
Parent Coaching & Support
I work with parents of neurodivergent children who are seeking clarity, reassurance, and practical tools. This coaching space supports families in understanding their child’s needs, creating effective routines, strengthening communication, and navigating challenges with confidence and compassion.
K–12 Advocacy
I partner with parents to help them navigate the public education system with confidence. Through advocacy coaching, I support families in understanding educational rights, communicating effectively with schools, and securing appropriate services and accommodations that meet their child’s needs.
Professional Development for Organizations
I provide professional development and consultation for organizations seeking to create more inclusive, neurodivergent-supportive environments. This work focuses on increasing understanding, shifting mindsets, and implementing practical strategies that foster accessibility, belonging, and sustainable support.
Psychoeducational Services for Schools
As a School Psychologist, I provide psychoeducational services including assessment, consultation, and collaboration. My work centers on identifying strengths and needs, supporting effective intervention planning, and promoting emotional well-being, resilience, and self-advocacy within school settings.
Commitment & Values
I am committed to ongoing learning and staying current with research and best practices in neurodiversity, psychology, and education. This ensures the services I provide are ethical, effective, and evidence-informed.
I foster a compassionate, inclusive environment that affirms neurodivergent individuals across identities, including members of the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities. My goal is to support each individual in building a life that feels manageable, aligned, and authentic.
